    I haven’t been able to message for some time now. I followed the steps offered and it still doesn’t work. I’ve even checked my reputation in Skype and it all says My rep is fine. What else can be done to fix this issue?

    As mentioned by XBF Leslie, what error is occurring when you're attempting to message others through the Xbox app?

    If not attempted, we suggest that you uninstall the application and then install it to test if that will work.

    Are you able to log in to the app on your phone? If so, is it possible that your communication privileges have been suspended? I have provided the link below to the Xbox Enforcement website where you can log in using your Microsoft account in order to check
