    Messaging isn't working for your account


    Every time i try to send a message on my xbox one I get the following error:

    "Check Your Account

    Messaging isn't working for your account. Go to https:llsupport.xbox.com/fix-messaging to get more informstion amd see how you can fix it."

    I have followed every step and searched the forums for an answer to no avail. I am on an Xbox One

    I would try to use the phone app and see if that works to isolate the issue. How you tried power cycle?

    There seems to be an issue (at least for me) where messaging doesn't work in the Xbox App, and on every browser except Google Chrome.

    HI Folks, I am experiencing major defalcates with messaging my friend via Battlefield 4 threw my Xbox One system, I keep getting this error message that says " Check your account - Messaging Is;t working for your account. Go to

    To check, were you able to receive a text on your phone to confirm it as stated in that troubleshooter?

    Also, do you have any trouble messaging via Xbox.com instead of through your console?
