    I can not send messages

    Check the functionality is your messaging account is not working for your account to receive additional information, please go to support.xbox.com/fix-messaging

    Messaging is not working for your account.

    Check to see if you have a ban on communication. It is possible that you have been given a ban, and if so, in the future you avoid writing rough words, insults etc.
