    Messaging hasn't worked on my account for a month


    for the last month my messaging has not worked. When I try to send a message I get an error saying "messaging isn't working for your account. I talked to support and went through an hour long chat without getting my problem solved. I have never been banned
    (I checked my enforcement page) and my security settings aren't stopping my messages. I tried redownlading my account as well. I have no idea what the problem could be.

    What is wrong???? I can play OK, but for months I have not been able to collect my daily points!

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    I click "my account" top right of the webpage. Then "messages" and the "uh oh" message pops up. Hasn't worked for 2 weeks now.

    Tried that. It just wont load on any browser, since i can't redeem my code i try to buy the game pass, then it says there was a problem with my payment method, try to go to my payment methods and it just won't load after that. I'm glad this company is worth billions but their own website doesnt function properly.
