Messaging and Communication suspended on account

My son's account has been suspended and he is unable to text friends or communicate and get into Xbox live parties due to someone hacking into his account. I've called Xbox several tones regarding this issue as they have been signing into his account from
several locations and also used my credit card to purchase Microsoft points. They did credit me back for a few of them, but now he's blocked from using his account. I pay $60 a year for this membership and would appreciate some help with this matter. Can you
please lift the suspension so that he can use his account? I've called Microsoft but they said its up to the enforcement to solve this matter

Absolutely not happy !!

My account was given a communication ban 2 days ago as a result of being trolled online and I was suspended for 2 weeks now today I have been banned as a result of messaging people , talking and voice communication how can I do this when I am banned someone
needs to get my account sorted as soon as possible or I will stop spending my cash on your service and go elsewhere.

enforcement detail wording too confusing for me plz help

so does this mean I'm temporarily suspended or permanently?

"This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications features. Temporary
suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One. Permanent suspension
impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges until 4/27/2017, 6:38:40 PM."

The enforcement team do not read these forums,you need to log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo with the suspended account & ask for a case review.

If you think the account has been compromised then you need to contact support & ask to open an unauthorised access case.

Hello!

A coms ban should have no impact on your ability to play games, only being able to send messages, party chat, etc. If you're not able to play games at all, there would be something else going on. Does it show that you only have a communications ban on the
enforcement page?
