    Hiya Ravary212,

    Thank you for your post.

    Actually, the verification process is different compared to an "Account Recovery" (which has you wait a few minutes leading up to 24 hours for a verification process to recover an account).

    When doing a "verification" you are just waiting to receive an email or text to sign into your account online which can take up to 5 minutes or so (not days).

    Thank you for your response.

    Sorry to hear the issue is still being persistent.

    Please try to
    Remove your account
    from your console, then
    Power cycle
    and re-add your account back to the console.

    If the situation persist, then I suggest you contact a live agent with a
    Call Back Request
    for more assistance so they may further investigate this situation.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue with fortifying the account.

    I suggest you go to your
    Security options
    and update your info (even if you keep it the same info).
