    Sending video messages?

    I'm just glad no one can actually see me LIVE playing through the kinect. That would suck.

    Most likely you got an console ID ban for bad communication/behaviour.That happens when lots of people report you and its hard to remove,your best bet its trading it in for a new one complete with a new ID and account.(X1X its right arround the corner)Also
    if u want my advice for the future set ur console to only communicate with friends and you wont get this prob anymore.

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
