    Sending video messages?

    I'm just glad no one can actually see me LIVE playing through the kinect. That would suck.

    When you say text do you mean send friends messages over xbox? Check your enforcement page and emails for any actions on your account: Xbox Enforcement

    Hey Pro so we suggest trying to reset the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
    Soft Factory Reset
    (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
