    Is there any way for Microsoft to check my messages? I Would like to get the username of someone i messaged as I cant remember it and i don't know how else to get it (check recent players but hes not on there). i don't know whether or not they can check
    this but i thought i may as well check. Thanks to anyone who answers this Messages :)

    P.S. Not too sure if this is the right place to post this question but I'm in a rush

    Sending video messages?

    I'm just glad no one can actually see me LIVE playing through the kinect. That would suck.

    If turning off your console and unplugging for 30 seconds does not help please check here to see if your account has a communication suspension:

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
