    Lately I have been receiving notifications from the xbox app on my windows phone that my friend messaged me. The message appears in the notification but when I open the app and check the messages there, their message does not appear. Not initially anyway.
    When you reply, then their message to you appears.

    This is also happening on my windows 10 computer.

    It is a bit complicated to have a conversation if the conversation cannot properly display.

    Sending video messages?

    I'm just glad no one can actually see me LIVE playing through the kinect. That would suck.

    i was told that because it's on iOS they won't take responsibility for the issue. But they are "investigating" it.

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
