    HI. I was told that I cant send messages because of my past behavior. I wanna know why this happened. I was never reported or block. I don't think at lest. I have been very kind of my Xbox 1 and on Xbox 360. I recently got a gold live thing and after I was

    Sending video messages?

    I'm just glad no one can actually see me LIVE playing through the kinect. That would suck.

    Hello, thank you for making a post! I hope I am able to clear things up for you.

    If you were told by an Xbox Message that you have been suspended from sending messages or engaging in party chats, please check this link: https://enforcement.xbox.com/home

    Any enforcement done on your account will appear there. If you were reported for inappropriate in-game communication, party chat communication, or message communication, it will result in you being investigated and unable to use those services for however
    long the suspension lasts if you have been found to be rightfully reported.

    If you feel like you have been wrongfully punished you can call this number: 1-800-469-9269 for further details but the enforcement most likely won't be removed and you will need to wait until the suspension period is over.

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
