    Messages wont send


    I recieved an xbox one s for christmas but it wont let me reply to messages? like, the account is old as i used to use it for xbox 360 but im sure my account isnt suspended as it has no reason to be. ive checked my security setting like google said to do
    but theres nothing on there to fix the problem. ( before anyone asks - it has nothing to do with my internet connection. )

    Yeah exact same issue. And the 'help' they provide is a link to sign in to your email and....I guess I can just email friends from there?? absolutely NOT helpful.
