    Messages won't load


    Roughly 1 and a half weeks ago my messages tab stopped loading messages on my Xbox and online services. I can send messages but when I receive them my messages tab just as the loading symbol on top of the page. Furthermore I cannot load previous conversations
    I have open already. Is this a console issue or Xbox live? Please help!

    It shows on the xbox a message goes through but then when I open it or go to messages it says its loading and so it shows messages from like 2 weeks ago. Why can't they all load?

    The messages just refuse to load on everything, my xbox won't load them, the website doesn't load them, and my phone doesn't load them. Is there a solution to this?

    Hey FeVeR Triumph! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest removing the profile and adding it back to see if that helps at all. Post back and let us know!

    I removed my account and added it back. Not only do my messages not load but now my account says I have no friends.

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.
