Messages won't load

Discus and support Messages won't load in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It shows on the xbox a message goes through but then when I open it or go to messages it says its loading and so it shows messages from like 2 weeks...     Messages won't load


    It shows on the xbox a message goes through but then when I open it or go to messages it says its loading and so it shows messages from like 2 weeks ago. Why can't they all load?

    Messages won't load

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    I removed my account and added it back. Not only do my messages not load but now my account says I have no friends.

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    Hey ! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest removing the profile and adding it back to see if that helps at all. Post back and let us know!
