    About a month ago my Xbox live messages stopped loading on the xbox website. Ive tried everything from resetting my router to changing passwords and account info and re logging in. Ive tried on multiple different computers on multiple different internets
    and still nothing. All my other accounts work just fine but I just won't load on 1 specific account. Anyone experience this or have a fix. After hours with xbox support all they respond with is, try resetting your router.

    This is the screen I get no matter what device or set up i try to load on. BTW it works as normal on actual xbox and xbox app.

    Messages won't load

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    I removed my account and added it back. Not only do my messages not load but now my account says I have no friends.

    Cannot edit avatar in Windows 8.1

    Do a search for microsoft silverlight and download the plugin for web browser firefox or internet explorer. I used the firefox browser. Then sign in to xbox.com. Click change avatar and it will let you do it. It won't ask to open games app after silverlight
    is loaded. You will see the avatar menu open.

    none, internet explorer is no longer supported, also the xbox 360 just does not have enough grunt to browse the internet these days, it has 512mb of shared ram, it is ancient.
