Messages will not load

    Messages will not load


    its been going on for about a year now and i just can't seem to get my xbox messages on my phone app or my windows 10 PC to work each time i load up the messages it just keeps loading and loading and loading and it just says "something went wrong when loading
    this section Messages will not load :(" and thats just all it says ive tried signing out/in uninstalling/reinstalling turning things off on clearing data cashe and on the apps just going though settings trying to find out anything and everything i know its something small but its
    just a little annoying since its been a year now since it started happening if you need any other information feel free to ask and i thank you for helping me

    Messages will not load.

    I have already tried hard resets, but I can't send or see messages. This began immediately after the last Xbox update.

    xbox.com messages will not load

    My xbox.com messages will not load. i have tried resetting everything. I have called CS so many times and they don't even know. It really sucks because I can't write messages online, I have to use the xbox and the using the controller makes it a long process.
    By the time I have replied to an LFG add the slot has gone.

    Any suggestions as MS have no idea. They did say that I am not the only one and I will probably have to wait for an update!

    Hi, is it always like this or just the last time you've checked?

    I would reset the console by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until turns off and try again.

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    Hey ! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest removing the profile and adding it back to see if that helps at all. Post back and let us know!
