messages will not load after recant xbox update

my messages wont load just sit with a pop up saying "we were unable to get your recant messages. please try again later." please fix this

Disk read error

I had a problem with COD BO 2 kept giving me disk read error, after downloading the update. I deleted the update and re-install update and it started to work again. how ever this will not work for far cry 3. I can delete the update and play the game but
I cannot get on xbox live. if I down load the update again and I get the message "disk is unreadable" this disk will play on my other xbox even after the update. how do I get rid of this message, all other disk works even after the update was downloaded.
these are the only two disk I have this disk read error on. ( not a bad game disk tried it on other xbox and it worked find) help!

Hello there.

Since the most recent update to the xbox one console, this has become a relatively widespread issue, and it is being worked on.

There are a few things that can be tested, such as resetting your modem/router to make sure its not a connection issue, or powercycling your console (turned off, unplugged for 5 minutes) just to get a fresh start.

When you launch the game, the update message appears, pressing 'OK' on the update message should automatically load the Windows store. Make sure the update isn't paused, mine was. The update is just over 300 MB After this, launch the game. An install prompt
will show up. The game will then load you should also get a notification from Windows Defender, press OK on this too.

This will then take you to the second part of the update, it's not very large. After this is installed you should be able to play again.

that is an ongoing problem for alot of people im sure xbox has some kind of update that will come out soon that will fix that problem
