Messages through Xbox Live

Hi everybody!

I'm unable to send messages through the web, always appear "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later." I look this since yesterday
and the page appear with an Error, I try with another account and was able to sent messages, I do not have any enforcement action.

They message you the codes through xbox live.

They message you the codes through xbox live so which xbox you have won't matter. I got it at launch and have since sold the game and got my codes in thr middle of November?

There is some messaging outage caused after the service hack a few days ago. Mine have also been down for the web and Windows 10 app. I contacted the customer support and they recognized the issue and gave me a support ID but not word on a fix anytime
soon.

 

I have this same issue..what is going on? I have been trying to use Google Search to find out what the issue is. I cannot message anyone as i get that same error. Do you think we will get any sort of update from a Microsoft support person?

 

Not likely. I believe all this issues are related to recent service hack. I don't think they want admit they are having serious issues because their support site says all services running normal...a lie.
