messages on xbox.com wont delete for over year

Discus and support messages on xbox.com wont delete for over year in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; rarely do they delete. it takes a minute or so to load my message on xbox.com. some of them dont show up or send. works fine when on console....     rarely do they delete. it takes a minute or so to load my message on xbox.com. some of them dont show up or send. works fine when on console.

    1 year of online messages not loading

    Xbox.com profile messages have been broken for over 1 year. Constantly just loads.

    Unable to remove follower

    As title says i am unable to remove a follower after performing the usual steps after some random adds me i block the person this usually works in removing follower but this person still shows up on followers list after blocking,have removed profile and
    re added still there which also brings me to another problem after blocking some one last year whenever i remove profile and re add there is a message i sent to that person in messages it is also on the xbox.com site and wont let me delete message there but
    will let me delete message on the xbox.Also have another follower on my xbox who has been blocked for nearly a year and a half but still shows as a follower after doing all the usual steps please help fix this asap.

    Sorry to hear you've been experiencing this issue. Have you attempted sending messages on both your console and on the Xbox website? If the website appears to be working and the console doesn't, we recommend that you remove and

    re-download your Xbox Live Account     onto your console.

    I think the better question is why do you need to send 100 people a message at once? I can guarantee that at least 75 of those people dont care what you have to say.
