Messages On Xbox 360

Hello. For A Few Days I Have A Problem With Messages. Whenever I Try To Send One, It Says " Unable To Finish This Process. Try Again. " But Sometimes, It Still Send Those Messages Even Though It Says That It Didn't. Also, If Anyone Van Help Me On This Too,
It's Been More Than A Month That I Get Messages Late. I Can Receive A Message Today But Only See It Tomorrow. I Tried Rebooting, Clearing My System Data, Doing Everything All Over Again But It Still Doesn't Work. And Also I Get My Party And Game Invitations
But About 5-10 Mins After I Received It. Thanks For Your Patience.

Message System

Hello there, I am here posting this saying how does the message shstem work. With the new backwards compabilty for xbox one I was wondering about the message system. Will all my messages like xbox one and 360 be on the the xbox one ui or as well on the 360
ui. Or do you only see messages specific to the console like only see xbox one messages on xbox one ui and xbox 360 messages on the xbox 360 ui. Or does the xbox one ui take all the messages and xbox 360 ui only takes 360 messages. Can someone help me out.

I'm having this problem as well. Would love to find a solution. Frequently I will send messages to people I am in a party with and they will never receive them. They send messages to me and I don't receive them either. Occasionally I will get them after
a half hour to two hours later, with time stamps of when they actually sent them.

For me for the last week or so, about 90% of the time I have been unable to send text or voice messages using the Guide on my 360. I am an actively-subscribed member of Live Gold too. It is a pretty generic error message, no code is provided, just says
it couldn't send and check xbox.com/support which is of no particular help. My only reliable method of texting has been using my smartphone/smartglass app to send messages with the XBox 360 App. Please fix!

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. What is the error message or error code that appears when you try to send a message to someone? Are you using a child account or
an adult account? Be sure to let us know the results RTFDestroyer!

The problem fixed itself (kinda) I can only receive the messages on the Xbox app but can now send messages on my Xbox 360 so how do i start recieving messages on my Xbox 360
