Messages not working Xbox App Win 10

Two things to try. The first one fixed this issue for me.

1. Complete these steps:

Go to Settings

Go to System (Depending on which Win10 version you have, you might need to skip this and click Apps instead)

Go to Apps & features

Find Xbox

Click Advanced Options

Click theReset button you see there.

If that doesn't work, you could try:

2. Go to the Windows Store and find Xbox (beta) and download that.

Hi , thanks for the reply , I have the same issue , each time I attempt to send a message on the Xbox app for win10 i get We coudn`t send this . Try again later , and when i check my messages i get
Try again - we had trouble getting your conversations' this is all on Win10 , should I check the NAT type on my computer ?
