    Hi,

    Since about 1.5 months, messaging works only on my console; but on xbox web page, or in the IOS app, when I select the messages menu, I only see the loading icon (no change if I leave there for an hour). Tried on multiple computers, reinstalled app, deleted
    all existing messages... same result. Support told me to update contact info but after it did not help, they advised to post on this forum. On my xbox one, it works perfectly, but no sending/receiving messages on my phone or on xbox.com. Any advise?

    Message don’t work.

    i'm having the same issue now but it lets me send messages from other devices such as my PC and from my iPhone's web browser. just not working from the xbox app on ios

    Message notifications not working

    Message notifications not working on PC or iOS apps. iOS app message notification's sound haven't been working since the past 3-5 updates now.

    Already uninstalled via powershell (admin mode), restart, redownload, restart, launch, still not working.

    Thanks. Chat direct through the console works fine on wifi, (when plugging a headset into the controller), its just through the IOS app that doesnt work.

    I'm getting the exact same message now although it was working fine a few days ago. It seems to be a Microsoft problem as I can still stream Eurosport through the iOS app.
