    Messages not working for the Xbox live app on iphone


    Is anybody else having a problem loading the 'messages' tab on their phone app? I've tried signing out and back in, restarting my phone, and even deleting and re-downloading the app. Nothing seems to help! I can get the messages on my Xbox console, but it's
    wayyyy more convenient to reply via phone keyboard.

    message notifications on smartglass app no longer working

    i have ios 10.1.1 and the smartglass message notifications are no longer working. I have a iphone 6 plus. They were working till a couple of weeks ago. The check box for message notifications in the settings of the smartglass app does not stay ticked on.
    Please help!!!

    Xbox App keep Crashing on iPhone 6S

    It's been at least 2 weeks that my Xbox app on my iPhone 6S is not working anymore. It just crash every time. I've been restarting my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling the app but it didn't work either.

    Sorry to hear about the issues with sending messages on the app. Is this the Xbox 360 app or the Xbox One app? What type of phone do you have and what OS version is it running? Are you able to send and receive messages on xbox.com without any issues?

    This worked, thank you! On my xbox, i went thru and deleted a lot of old messages and then on my iPad i cleared the cache and now i can see the new messages and reply to them. You are awesome, thanks for your help!

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue concerning the Xbox app messages not working on your iOS devices. If you haven't already done so, you may wish to see if there are any updates necessary to your Apple device as sometimes this may
    cause issues with the Xbox app. I would further recommend
    contacting Apple Support     should you require help in updating or if the app continues to not interface well with your iOS devices to see if they have an alternative solution.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
