    Messages not going


    Messages are not being sent to anyone from my child account.. I tried everything including changing the settings with a parent account but nothing works.. I have verified the account and there is no pop-up of any verifications, and no my account is not suspended
    or anything..please help me!!

    Error Messages/ Everything going wrong

    Hey Banana, sorry to hear about error messages! I understand that you can connect to LIVE, but if you're having issues using LIVE features, then it's quite possible there is a connection issue. How are you currently connected to your network? Have you tried
    resetting your network hardware yet? You can reset your modem and router by unplugging power to both for about 15 seconds. When restoring power, plug the modem in first, and then wait for all of the lights on the modem to come up. When those are all active,
    plug in the router. Once those lights are flashing normally, go ahead and run a LIVE connection test on the console.

    It's possible you have a friends request sent via a 360 & the sender is not on xbox one

    Click on your friends list on this site & see if there are any friends requests pending.

    I had the exact same issue & that was the problem

    It can be an intermittent issue only you may receive future Xbox messages still.

    That didn't Work. it sometimes still says new message from Xbox. i don't understand as it is not my network, not the device but it's my account that's the problem
