Messages load slowly

For some reason my messages on my Xbox one X load terribly slowly... Whenever I try to open a message the loading wheel is there for I Ike 20 seconds before I can read the message.

I tried hard resetting the xbox... Tried clearing Mac Adress and blu ray disc memory as well...

To no avail

Help please!

Rolling ads window affects game play.

The game loads slowly. The individual games load slowly. The ads load slowly. And while the ads are loading everything stops...except the clock! Just about ready to uninstall this piece-of-crap game. Maybe tomorrow...

 

Dashboard loads slowly

Hi, it's some time now that my console is very slow to load or return to the Dashboard. Its very slow when it starts up, and it is also slow when I leave a game and return to the Dashboard. It seems to freeze at the gray screen with the rotating icon (see
attached image).



I've measured it, and last time it froze on that screen (with the rotating swirl frozen) for more than 40 seconds.

After some time it somewhate wakes up, and everything works fine,

What could be the cause? I've already cleaned the HD, and also initialized the console back to factory defaults, but the problem remained.

Any help..?

Do you see this same behavior in any other parts of the console interface? Also, when you are able to let's go ahead and

remove your profile from the console, then you will want to perform a
full power cycle, then sign back in and check if it takes as long to load the messages.
