ya reset xbox but still does it but I think find out that using insider app maybe update I get before everyone different

Why can’t I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox app?

If you can’t send messages, it may mean that there’s an issue with your Microsoft account. To resolve this problem, try the following steps:

1. Sign in at
   account.live.com/reputationcheck.
2. Add your phone number, and then select Send code.
   
3. Get the code from the text message sent to your phone, enter it on the webpage, and select
   Submit.
4. If you’re using your Xbox, press and hold the
   Xbox button  in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select
   Restart console > Restart. Then sign back in.
   Note If you’re on a PC or mobile device, sign out of the Xbox app, and then sign back in.
   
5. Try sending your message again.

You could try a console reset normally fixes things and the custom Xbox Gamerpics are disable.

why my message dont go through on xbox messages but if i use my pc it works fine but none my messages going through on my xbox one and can u bring back gaming pic thing because what u post last time didnt make no sense to disable to put pics on
ur profile.

I had the same bug with the messages all I did was reset my console.
