    Messages from Xbox Live & Messages Gone


    So on this xbox account that ive had since 2016, i lost the password from 2018-2020 and acquired it back this year on February. But it seems to have both the messages that I was sent and that I've sent, to be wiped out. When i click on them i can see the
    conversation for a second but after that it says something like "say "hi" to (gamertag)". And the same thing for 'Messsges From Xbox Live'. I'm not worried about the old messages being deleted but more so for the 'Messages From Xbox Live' being gone. And i
    dont know where to check this on the xbox app & on xbox.com, all i see are the regular messages on both. Any help would be appreciated. And if anyone could help me receive the Messages From Xbox Live, then that'd also be very very appreciated. Thanks

    Also, this does not work on any of my recent accounts that i use. Only the old ones made in 2016 & 2017.

    I have messages from friends from 2016. So far only XBOX LIVE Messages are gone.
