    Messages failed to send.


    I am having an issue with my account where it wont let me send messages. I dont think I have active bans and I have been having an issue that everytime I try to send a message it says 'Message failed to send'. I have tried hard-resetting my Xbox One and
    I have already reset my modem/router many times before. I have had this issue for 2-3 months without being fixed.

    Ever since the club update was released i have been unable to send messages. Every time i tried to send one i would get a message saying "message failed to send " . At the beginning i thought it was a glitch that would be patched. So i waited for 1 month
    and then i decided to contact xbox support and i got to talk with an xbox employee who was supposed to help me. What happened is that he asked me the name of my accounts to check if it was because i had been banned . Well he found out that it wasnt because
    of that and told that it was an error "many" users were experiencing. As far as i'm concerned i am the only one dealing with this ! I have friends many friends some of which live in the same country as me and none of theme are having this issue. XBOX PLEASE

    Message Failed to Send??

    Whenever i try to send messages to people, it comes up with "Message failed to send". This has been happening for a while, i am able to access everything else just except the messages. My account has not been banned for using message also.

    Can you go to
    https://www.xbox.com     and sign in with your account.

    Click on your account picture and click on "Messages".

    Are you able to send messages from the Website?

    Also check on
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     if you have a message suspension active on your account.

    I have done what you have posted on Xbox 360 and I can now receive, read and reply to messages on Xbox 360 but I still can’t send messages or read them on Xbox one or Xbox app.

    I have been having the same issue's, i have 2 tips that might help

    ,Try checking for updates in you're android store

    ,some times it's caused by low internet

    In some areas

    If these tips didn't help please make a report about this problem

    Heya!

    Let's see if we can get those messages working once more!

    To start, let's clear the
    console's cache     & then
    re-download profile    . Be sure not remove any profiles just download them.

    Are you able to play online without issue is the message issue the only problem you are running into?

    If you check your account is your
    security info     recently updated? Let's make sure and
    verify the account     as well.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!
