Discus and support Messages fail to send but not banned? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Im unable to send messages as it keeps coming up it can't be sent and reverts me back to a support page.     Messages fail to send but not banned?


    Im unable to send messages as it keeps coming up it can't be sent and reverts me back to a support page. It tells me to sign into enforcement.xbox.com to see if im banned which im not or else update my security info which hasnt worked. help?

    Can you go to
    https://www.xbox.com     and sign in with your account.

    Click on your account picture and click on "Messages".

    Are you able to send messages from the Website?

    Also check on
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     if you have a message suspension active on your account.

    Messages fail to send

    When I try sending a message to my friends, I keep getting a notification saying 'Message failed to send'. A message comes up on my screen saying that my message failed to send and it had a 'Learn More' button. I clicked 'Learn More' and it directed me
    to an Xbox support page about fixing messaging problems but I've tried all the methods on the support page and it hasn't resolved the problem. Any ideas?

    Hey there -

    So to clarify,
    updating your security proofs     has not worked so far? If not, can you try simply adding another phone number to the proofs rather than changing existing information?

    Let us know if that works.

    I have done what you have posted on Xbox 360 and I can now receive, read and reply to messages on Xbox 360 but I still can’t send messages or read them on Xbox one or Xbox app.

    I have been having the same issue's, i have 2 tips that might help

    ,Try checking for updates in you're android store

    ,some times it's caused by low internet

    In some areas

    If these tips didn't help please make a report about this problem
