    Messages cannot go through via console or xbox app


    Hi,

    I cannot send messages to anyone on xbox live via app or console since the update which added clubs came out (i can only send them through the website). In addition to all this all my previous conversations had been marked unread once updated (i eventually
    just went through all of them blindly so my notification thing became 0). Anyone got any solutions or having the same issue? -

    If you haven't already, please go ahead and check your Xbox Live messages on your Xbox One console or through the Xbox App on Windows 10. Messages cannot go through via console or xbox app :)

    Nope, not fixed. Jumped through every single hoop yesterday, all the answers are in this thread of what I did and the results. It appeared to be fixed yesterday after reinstalling, but the issue persists: I cannot send messages through the Xbox app.

    Here is what the error message looks like when I attempt to send messages via the app:

    Message don’t work.

    I've reached out to @XboxSupport and the finally directed me to online support. My son can use my phone and login, on the app, and send messages but I cannot. I can send messages via the Win10 app and on the console
