    Messages at chats DOESN'T delete it instantly, or if delete it the next time i log in...


    Why messages i send or receive at my xbox one x console
    MOST OF THE TIMES DOESN'T DELETE IT EVEN I CHOOSE TO DELETE IT OR IF DELETE IT THE NEXT TIME I RESTART THE CONSOLE RE-APPEAR IT AT COMMUNICATION->CHATS.

    WHY IS THAT HAPPENING AND HOW I CAN SOLVE THAT???

    I already have try a COMPLETE FACTORY DEFAULT(DELETE EVERYTHING EVEN GAMES) AND RE-DOWNLOAD MY PROFILE AND GAMES.

    STILL THE SAME....

    WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???

    AND SOME DAYS DOESN'T HAPPENING AND SOME OTHER DAYS IS HAPPENING.

    WHY?????

    I have it the last 2 months really tooooooo many days....

    There is days(Really few) that work normal but most of the days every message i try to delete or NEVER delete it, or if delete it the next time i log in these messages re-appear.

    Already did before 1 and a half month still EXIST the problem.

    Now i can't even send or receive any message at all.
