Messages are gone and so is code for Warthog.

Hi, ages ago when i got code for the Warthog for Forza Horizon 3 for having MCC, i didnt use it because i didn´t think i would get Horizon 3 but now that i did order it, i noticed that all the messages on my xbox one have dissappeared.

Is there anyway to see the old messages or receive a new code?

Forza Horizon 3 Warthog code was removed from my messages.

My Forza Horizon 3 code to unlock the warthog after playing Halo 5 dissappeared. It was recently in my messages but now all my messages are gone. Is there any way for me to get a new one?

Eligible players will receive codes to download the Warthog via an Xbox Live Message, and codes will begin to be sent out during the week of Sept. 5. In addition, players who have not played an Xbox One Halo game will still have the chance to earn the Warthog
via a special #Forzathon event coming to Forza Horizon 3 in October.

I only have one account. I had already redeemed the code and saw the DLC show as installed in my games and apps library. However, the warthog never appeared (and continues to not appear) in-game. I was then told to check my in-game message center for the
warthog and also, there's been nothing in that inbox for the past 3 or so days.

EDIT:

Oh one more thing: I can't re-download the warthog DLC as it's just gone from my ready-to-install list of add-ons. (It's almost as if I never received a redemption code - yet I have one I can't re-redeem in my xbox messages.)

Codes are usually sent out in batches and given that you have played one of the two games (like you mentioned) you should receive or have received a message from Xbox Live.

If you have ever received a message from Xbox Live in the past, it may be worth going through your message list to see if there's an unread message from Xbox Live due to the recent issues surrounding the Xbox Messages on the Xbox One (new messages not appearing
at the top.)

To answer your question properly, there is no specific timeframe for when you will receive a code. Hopefully you'll grab it soon ready for the 27th!

I have same issue downloaded the warthog, played the demo, warthog gone and not showing in my ready to install list in fh3 manage game. Tried using the code again but no luck
