    Listen, this link is broken at least for now. Please Microsoft, fix the account.xbox.com link so it doesn't direct to a forum. I know for a fact it is broken.

    Quick few things to try and fix this issue, Could you describe what is happening exactly with your messages, Example it normally gives an error code if so. What error code are you receiving when trying to send messages?. Also are you in the insider program
    at all?.

    Have you tried signing the profile out and back in again? That usually resolves things.

    Problem with registering my Xbox One.

    The Myservice website is broken now for many months for lots of people. Says same message for me whenever I access it. Pretty well nothing you can do until MS with their mighty web presence realise it is broken and fix it!!
