so I got banned from messaging people on xbox live it says "Because of your past behavior you are unable to send messages" I don't know how long this lasts and my xbox live partys wont work either please help

If we would to isolate this, could we start with problem were you are unable to send messages to friends.

Can you verify if you can successfully send messages through xbox.com, to your friends.

Could you detailing out any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, so we don't post up solutions that you have already tried.

You can get details about your suspension by logging in to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and clicking the orange hammer that appears. You'll be able to see the rule you broke, the privileges that were revoked, and when the suspension will end.

It doesn't matter what word you use. If you call someone a coward, or otherwise ridicule, intimidate, harass, bully or do anything similar to a person via Xbox Live, that person can report your message and you will get a Chat suspension.

Over the weekend there was a service outage with xbox live, this has since been resolved, but please let us know if you are still having issues

May be a NAT issue, can you check if its strict? if thats not the issue try removing your profile off the harddrive, clearing the cache on the harddrive and then redownloading your profile, hope this helps
