Messages and codes disappeared

Discus and support Messages and codes disappeared in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had a message in the inbox from Microsoft containing the 4 codes for gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement.     Messages and codes disappeared


    I had a message in the inbox from Microsoft containing the 4 codes for gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement.

    I redeemed the first code for gears of war one it took me to the store and worked ok

    I went back to messages to redeem the next code and my inbox is empty.

    Can I get the codes for the other 3 games back?!

    Garden Warfare 2 demo gift one Month EA ACCESS CODE message disappeared,I do not use.

    I can not find that message in the XBOX ONE,please help me.

    clicked on trilogy code message and it disappeared before I could get the codes.
