Messages after update

Hi, since the update this past week I've had problems with the messages through xbox, pc app and mobile app. There's this one conversation from last month that keeps its notification sign even when I've entered that convo many times and replied. Also,
in my xbox, the messages are stuck on last week's mesages, but when i go inside, the messages sent after are there. Has anyone got this problem too? Is there a solution?

that is an ongoing problem for alot of people im sure xbox has some kind of update that will come out soon that will fix that problem

You're right, and I hope so. I imagine there will be an update to the mobile apps with those features, but I do know the

new chat is in the new Game Bar that is rolling out now. So I'm not sure if they'll also put it in the Xbox App on Win10, as it seems they are poised to replace it with the Game Bar (speculation).

Weird that it's a one-on-one. I had a similar issue with achievements a while back, and it cleared up after a bit.

One thing you could do to troubleshoot is delete that thread, and start a new one and see if it has the same issues?

I always have the same problem since I have my Xbox. I think is a sync issue.

The update is in process of rolling out, and can take some time for it to come to you via Windows Update directly, but there are ways to force that update, like

using the Update Assistant which is what I used to get it, to be honest.

I do hope they do something with the Xbox App. The Game Pass app is a lot speedier on mobile , and the GoG Galaxy 2 app is basically what I was hoping that the Xbox App would become.

Best we can do is provide feedback to the team and let them know what we'd like to see and how we think it can be improved.

I suppose it's because of the update taking a few days because today it woks almost perfectly, the notification of that one conversation has disappeared, so that's good. and i get the notifications for the new messages, not on xbox on the phone, which is
what I usually use.

About the xbox game bar I don't know why they chose to do that, because if i'm playing on xbox through the pc it doesn't show up. (I use a laptop to chat, but not everyone has another pc)

Let's see how it changes, but I think not updating the chat of the app would be a mistake. Thanks for your suggestions!
