Discus and support Messages (1) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My account has been like this for well over a month now, I have NO pending friend requests, and NO messages, I assumed it would have fixed itself, but...     My account has been like this for well over a month now, I have NO pending friend requests, and NO messages, I assumed it would have fixed itself, but it hasn't.

    I wasn't sure where to post this so if this isn't the right area, will someone please direct me to the right spot please? Thx.

    I will have to try that out when I get around a 360 next. It for sure bugs me lol Like a spot on carpet that won't go away no matter how much you clean it.

    Had this myself & it was a friends request sent from a 360.

    I was able to sort it by going to my friends list on xbox.com but if it's not there you may have to go to your friends list on a 360.

    Someone might have sent you a friend request via their Xbox 360, it wouldn't show up on Xbox One, Xbox dot com or Smartglass.

    If you know someone with an Xbox 360 I would suggest recovering your account there to clear the message, if it bothers you that much.
