    Sending video messages?

    I'm just glad no one can actually see me LIVE playing through the kinect. That would suck.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What happens when you try to send an Xbox Live Message using your console? Do you get an error message and/or code that you can provide us with? (Error codes generally resemble XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.) Does this happen if
    you try to message anyone (you can attempt to send me a message if you'd like to try) or is it only specific people?

    If turning off your console and unplugging for 30 seconds does not help please check here to see if your account has a communication suspension:

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
