    I recently downloaded a game that came with my Xbox 360. It loaded just fine on my computer. When I try to play the game on the console it gives me the message "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality". I am
    new to Xbox and I have no idea how to correct this. can some one PLEASE help. Thanks.

    Are you a Gold member? If not, you will not be able to use the multiplayer features and such of games. Accessing DLC and in-game stores does not require a Gold account.

    If the account you are posting with is the one you are trying to use, it does not appear that you are a Gold member.

    Correct in English shall be: "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality".

    Have checked all settings and it seems OK.
