    hi...I received a one week ban which was supposed to end June 29th...It is 7:30 PM EST on July 2nd and I get the message "you do not have the required account privileges" when trying to log on. Can chat, etc., but cannot play NBA2K16. What is the problem?
    Thanks for your help whoever reads this. Tried replying to the suspension email came back undelivered, tried posting in another forum...never posted. Have no idea how to fix this if I can't get on.

    I can't play NBA 2k17 mypark since yesterday. Error (You do not have the required account privileges). my privacy & online safety is on adult default. Please MS fix this problem.

    Be sure to try the steps from SingCongButas25 to see if it helps. Also are you able to play other games online without any issues right now? Or is it just NBA 2K16 that's causing the problems for you.

    It could be with your security settings. If you're on an xbox one. Try changing your console privacy settings to custom or adult then restart. Then try to sign in again your account and launch the game. If it still gives you the same message. You could try
    to remove your account then add it back again afterwards. Its to reload it from the console. I don't think its an extension for your suspension.
