    So my friend keeps trying to buy Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on his Xbox One from the store, and everytime he goes to purchase it, a popup appears and says that he 'Can't buy on Xbox.com' and to 'Buy from your Xbox'.

    We can't make any sence of it since he's doing it ON HIS XBOX.

    His account's balance isn't going down, but if anyone has any clue what this may be please tell me!

    The window says the following: "Sorry, your account is not able to make this purchace on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction on your Xbox."

    When i'm trying to buy the game (Skate 3) on my Xbox One S it's just saying ''You can't do this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Finish this transaction on your Xbox.'' then it's teleporting me to Microsoft Shop again.

    When i'm going to buy it if it works i will use Credit Card

    Are you trying to use xbox.com? If so you cant use account currency to buy items from the website. If using your xbox are you receiving any error codes?
