    Message won't send


    I was trying to send messages but it says "message didn't send". I can receive messages but not send. I checked my settings but everything is ok. There was no email sent of suspicion or ban. My Smartglass app works fine, but it's my Xbox One itself. Is there
    something wrong with the messaging or is it just me?

    Hey there jazzybayes!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with sending messages to your friend, are you able to receive messages from them? What happens if you try sending a message to them from Xbox.com or from your the Xbox App on a mobile device?

    With your Xbox One, it may be worth trying a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off, then give it another go.

    every time I try to send a message it keeps coming up " unable to send this message , the recipient may not exist, is not a friend or we could not reach the services "

    He is already my friend . I have a perfect record on Xbox so my account isn't banned and I've already checked my security details . PLEASE HELP

    What happens when you try to send a message? Are you seeing any error messages or error codes? Are you able to receive messages without any issues?

    I am always happy to help ppl, send me a message anytime I will happily reply with a yay or nah. (although send a message, if you just send an inv it might get ignored, send a message and it generally won't)
