Message with redeemable codes for Gears of War deleted

Hi,

I had received a message with redeemable codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgment upon activating Gears of War 4. When I tried to redeem these, I first had to change my language settings, and so I did. Then I rebooted my console as required and
then suddenly the message with the codes was gone.

Could I please get these redeemable codes back?

Deleted Codes Message

I accidentally deleted the message containing my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition pre-order redeemable codes. Is there a way I can retrieve them?

Message with redeemable code deleted.

It was only sent as a message, not as an email. Like I said in the original post I ordinarily don't use the console for anything over 10 characters, but the one time I slip up Murphy's law takes its course.

Hello, I also received the redeem codes for all of the Gears of Wars, but Gears of War 2 did not work. Any chance of getting that code resent? I no longer have the message with the code.

What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the code? Which Gears of War are you trying to redeem?

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War: Judgment

Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.

Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.

The codes will be sent directly to the Xbox Message Center. After receiving the code, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which
they are automatically deleted.
