Message with redeemable code deleted.

I received a message with a redeemable code for The Walking Dead season two episode one. Unfortunately I read the message on the console instead of a web browser (which I usually do not do). The text was cut off at the bottom including part of the code.
I hit the select button to "open" the message not realizing that on the console delete is pretty much all you can do with messages and that the default view isn't a preview pane. I contacted support via chat and they directed me here, indicating that support
can not retrieve the information moderators can.

Please advise.

Accidentally deleted my redeemable code!!

I accidentally deleted the beta codes to Call Of Duty World War 2 beta. Xbox sent me two redeemable codes and I accidentally deleted the message before reedeming it.

accidentally deleted redeemable code message. Please help resend!

accidentally deleted redeemable code message, recieved a message saying "oh did we forget something? etc" was supposed to recieve the rest of my 3 month subscrption.

if you deleted the message you cannot get it back and they cannot resend it did you see if it was sent to the email as well as a message on your console. if not then sorry there is really nothing you can do.

It was only sent as a message, not as an email. Like I said in the original post I ordinarily don't use the console for anything over 10 characters, but the one time I slip up Murphy's law takes its course.

if it was only sent as a message then sorry to say it is gone you can TRY to contact support but there is no guarantees good luck.

Actually I already contacted support and they sent me to the forums, with the claim that moderators have the ability to retrieve the info. I'd be a bit miffed if that was done to avoid telling me the bad news themselves and pass me off to become someone
else's problem. I once worked in a place where the phone support folks would do that to me so I had to take all customer flak in their stead and take a dim view of the practice.

All moderators can do is moderate the forum like removing names that people post in an attempt to report a bad player etc. ONLY support itself can help you with the missing code issue not moderators I am sorry that they 'passed the buck' so to say by sending
you here saying a moderator can help you but that is sadly not the case.

You should now have your codes in your Xbox Live inbox. They are not labeled in the messages, but you should have 3 separate messages with the codes.
