Message with EA Access code was deleted itself

I have done a pre order fifa 16 and after that i got a message with ea access code for 1 month from you but the message with code was deleted itself and i didn't use this code yet. What should i do? Sorry for my English

In chat person said to me that after that post i will get my new code.

I pre-ordered FIFA 16 digitally through the Xbox One store in early August and then was sent a Xbox message with a code to redeem a free month of EA Access a few days later, but I went to redeem the code this morning and the message deleted itself. Can
I please have the same code or new one for a free month of EA Access before the FIFA 16 early play begins? Thanks!
