    Message will not go away


    Every time I am on this site, it says Messages (1), but I don't have anything. I noticed it started doing this after I got a random friend request. I then denied it and that's when this started happening. It's been almost a month now and it still hasn't
    gone away.

    When I sign into my Xbox One it doesn't show up, or if I am using Smart Glass, it's only on this site.

    Any way you can fix this for me? It bugs me, thank you.

    Can you clarify when you're receiving that particular error message? Is it in a specific game or is it when you try to sign in on your Xbox One? Let us know so that we can best help you out Message will not go away :)

    i am trying to log on and play online but keep getting the error message "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live" Its a new profile and I just paid for the online subscription. Am I missing something?

    Message will not go away

    It's possible you have a friends request sent via a 360 & the sender is not on xbox one

    Click on your friends list on this site & see if there are any friends requests pending.

    I had the exact same issue & that was the problem

    It's possible you have a friends request sent via a 360 & the sender is not on xbox one

    Click on your friends list on this site & see if there are any friends requests pending.

    I had the exact same issue & that was the problem

    I believe the recommended procedures you already did. It may be a bug that will disappear at any moment, it happened to me that a message from MIcrosoft appear available when I was going to open it had nothing, but disappeared the next time I logged into
    the console.

    That's what I figured. I've seen some people have just replaced the disk drive itself, but that might be beyond me. Though it's not like I have any warranty to worry about. Hopefully I can just find a used Slim and all will be good. Thanks for the quick
