Discus and support Message: "Use a different way to pay" PBR9002 when attempting to make a purchase in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I have tried to make a few purchases from my xbox one using my credit card and I recieved the screen: "Use a different way to pay Your purchase...     So I have tried to make a few purchases from my xbox one using my credit card and I recieved the screen:

    "Use a different way to pay

    Your purchase can't be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay."

    So i tried to use my paypal account and it gave me the same message again. It has been like this for about 2 months now, I cant make any purchases with my card or paypal even though I can use my card for day to day purchases just fine.

    Also on the bottom of the message the code "PBR9002" appears.

    So far I have tried removing both my paypal and my card from the account and then trying again, I have also tried making the purchases from my laptop and still no success.

    I would greatly appreciate any and all help I can get on this matter. Thank you in advance.

    "Use A Different Way To Pay"

    EA Access uses Paypal (for some regions) or a Credit Card only. It will not accept currency.

    I'm not sure when it will be available but as some point in the future you'll be able to purchase membership cards from your local game retailer.

    I contact for chat with xbox.com friday, saturday and sunday

    the answers:

    friday "wait 24h"

    the answer saturday "wait 24h"

    and today(sunday) "wait 24h - 48h"

    Goodbye black friday deals and without solution for the future i buy in other places without problems with the same cards i use 3 differents.

    And this is for buy imagine for refund or similar

    I can't buy nothing!

    I removed my credid card and paypal and I added them again and the problem continues Message: "Use a different way to pay" PBR9002 when attempting to make a purchase :(

    Me too and very frustrating to say the least. I have been on with support 10-15 times, and have tried adding/removing cards. Have had support tell me wait 24 hours. Had support blame paypal and my bank. Called both and there were no issues with either institution.
    I was also told their was a risk block on my account and they would remove. Tried again after 24 hours and again failure.

    I had this problem on Friday also. Ended up going through the second time. However now I have checked my bank statement and have been charged twice!

    I bought my One this summer and so far I've not been able to buy anything with my credit card nor my paypal.

    Have the same problem as well. Frustrating. Have been talking to xbox customer service for almost a week now, but they can't seem to fix it. Even talked to my bank about this issue.
