Discus and support Message to all recent players Xbox One in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox devs please add the functionality to message all recent players on the Xbox one.     Xbox devs please add the functionality to message all recent players on the Xbox one. The 360 has this function, I don't understand why the Xbox One cannot.

    You can access recent players by going to the friends tab and select recent players in the sort option.

    However you shouldnt be using the xbox live service to spam messages
