Message to 343 - You can make this right by....

there is no cure for human stupidity. except for a bullet to the head. and that's illegal, unfortunately.

we'll just have to wait it out and hope 343 does a smashing good job with the update....

 

Halo: The Master Chief Collection was working great for the multi player on February 9. 2015, however, since this date, how could I put this, Halo (she) has been extremely temperamental and extremely moody. Since February 15, 2015, the game has had nothing
but problems for me and my friends, while playing the multi player. For starters, it took over 10+ minutes to find a game, then when we found a game, it's either got stuck on searching for players, or failed to connect.

During the duration of hour in a half on February 15, 2015, I had problems remaining connected with my friend at a party, not to mention, while in the party my friend and I had difficulty hearing each other, but tried a different game, party and party chat
worked great. When we did find a game, the connection was extremely large, kept migrating to host, at times stuck in limbo waiting for map to generate and stuck waiting in the lobby for the game to start. After patiently clearing our local saved games, three
attempts to restart our xbox one console, unplugging, then resetting router, all attempts were futile and we gave up.

games, restarted our xbox one consoles, unplugged, then reset router, after continuously, losing each other, failed to connect, teams unbalanced and being put on different teams we called it a night.

In conclusion, the game worked perfectly on February 9, 2015 and since then has had nothing, but problems. It leads me to believe that my beta content update since February 9, 2015 has been removed and I'm quite frankly putting it lightly, irritated that
it gradually gets worse, then better. I have zero confidence in future content updates going forward, because for starters 343 isn't listening to the consumers, which are identifying the problems and it seems as, if they are giving up on this game.

I find this to be upsetting, until the new content update gets released, I'm not going to spend time on it, if that day Halo is being temperamental. I am extremely disappointed in the turnaround time for the content updates to be released and 343's inability
to within their company, identify the problems and fix them. I would definitely rate this launch, as the biggest plunder to date in Microsoft's Xbox consoles game releases. In a perfect world, going forward, 343 would learn from its mistakes, attack the issues
head on in a scrum management project development and fix this game already.

 

I just want a working MCC.

Look around at my posts. I've been the bearer of bad news since the beginning. Saying it's unlikely it will ever get fixed, and even if it does, the population has lowered to the point it won't matter anyway - if that makes you feel better. I like the hell
out of 5 and would feel compensated if they kept the beta up, since I would rather play it than the MCC anyway. I'm one of the ones who bought an X1 just for the MCC so eat it.

I should have been kinder with mine too hehe. Refusing to buy 5 because 'we should not buy trash' doesn't make any sense if 5 is a great game. You'd be refusing to buy a great game to prove we won't buy trash. See the problem? I think if 5 is a great game
people should buy the sh$% out it. That will teach em.

i bought the original xbox because of HALO...

i bought the 360 xbox simply for HALO 2...

i went and bought the new xbox ONE for master chief collection...

ive kept my xbox live subscription for 11 years for HALO..

it ran better on the 360 a decade ago????

i dont want any ms points or discounts on new games...... just fix the game for god sake!!,,, its been out for months and you cannot join games half the time,,,cant rematch,,join party issues..when the game allows the mic to work without having to ''create
a party'',,you end up talking to the enemy team??...lol...they can hear all your tactics?,microphone only works on occasion,,,cant get directly in touch with 343,,, and no CTF at BLOOD GULCH on halo ce???? cmon man that was the absolute best game type
.... ive got 198 hours in on game (lotttts of cussing and frustration from lack of 'game found') and one time i got a ctf at gulch on big lag team quitter battle.... of course half the teams folded up or lagged out..... this is ridiculous and dispicable.....
with todays technology and the capabilities of the xbox ONE ....and i had a better halo gaming experience a decade ago?????

 

I never spent $60 dollars for a game ever in my life. I wait for prices to go down because of broken games like this. I had a feeling that MCC was going have problems day one. Halo is great, I've been a fan since the first game's release, but ever since
the game transferred developers from Bungie to 343i it's been shaky. I couldn't get into Halo 4, every online game I went into was lag fest. Halo MCC now, I can't even find matches, and the time it took to finally get me into one is absurd. They shouldn't
give free DLC or games for compensation, they should just fix the game and make it up to the people who bought the game.

 

I understand you all are frustrated, but clearly posting on the forums isn't fixing anything. This is just a suggestion, but you all should file a www.BBB.org complaint. Filing a formal complaint, is the first step in getting legally a company to be disciplined
for their actions. I posted there actual BBB company ID name in my latest post. It's solely up to the Halo community to file as many complaints about 343 Industries and throughout time a civil action lawsuit will occur.
