    Hello,

    So I've been playing Pro Clubs on FIFA 20 for several weeks now and I've always been able to play no problem. Then, when I tried to load up Pro Clubs yesterday I got a message that my account doesn't have the correct permissions to access it. When I click
    "Yes" to access it, the message reads: "You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up. To change this, customize your Xbox Live privacy settings in Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety." I have gone into the settings
    and changed everything to allow content from "Everybody" and virtually everything else to allowing everybody to see/share/etc. but it has not worked. I have logged out then back in, and restarted the Xbox multiple times and still nothing. There is a child
    account attached that has the content sharing turned to just "Friends" but I can't figure out how to change that one to "Everybody" and I'm not even sure that that's the problem. Please help. Thanks.

    Thank you for your post, this error is usually thrown to an account that has some privacy settings enabled that will not allow you to view content created by other users. To change this please view this article:

    Troubleshooting changing online safety or privacy settings on Xbox One     be sure to edit the options for viewing content created by others for this to work.

    Error message on child account 'Can't view content made by other people'

    My son is having problems playing Roblox and Terraria because it says his account is set up so he can't view content created by others. I have seen on these forum pages that I need to change the settings on his account so he can 'See and Share Content',
    but these are old posts and this option doesn't exist in settings anymore. Any ideas on what the settings are NOW that I need to change?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums my suggestion is try and change the parental control to adult account instead of the child account.
